Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies until they become crumbs. Pour melted butter over the cookies and stir to combine. Press and form the crumbs into a pie pan and bake until set, about 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to completely cool.
In a medium bowl, beat together peanut butter and cream cheese, until smooth. Add in powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add in Cool Whip and beat until incorporated, scrape the sides as needed. Add in the mashed bananas and beat until fully combined. Pour the filling into the crust and spread with a spatula to even it out. Chill in the refrigerator until set, for at least 2 hours. Garnish with sliced banana and whipped cream.
